RETURN PERIOD

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 calendar days after the order is marked delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• Free from scratches, damage, perfume, makeup, or other signs of wear
• Returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase

Kyntara & Co. reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

EARRINGS AND HYGIENE-SENSITIVE ITEMS

For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This restriction does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered.
