Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like a different item, please contact us and we'll make it right.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at kyntaraandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
